Cone CT Imaging
The cone Beam 3-D dental imaging system provides high- definition, in-office, three- dimensional, digital imaging with less radiation than traditional CT scans. This system provides complete views of all oral and facial structures, the giving the most thorough diagnostic information possible, which allows for more accurate treatment planning and more predictable treatment outcomes.
The procedure is easy to tolerate, similiar to a panoramic xray, with a scan time of less than 20 seconds. After a short rendering time, precise measurements and real 3-D visualization allows for evaluation of critical anatomy, especially important for implants. Impacted teeth, bone and jaw deformities, cysts, tumors, and other disease can be more accurately detected.
